Please join us for the first meeting in 2019 at Ti Amo at 05:30 PM.

The topic will be PDPM (Patient Driven Payment Model) and will be presented by Kimberly Green (Diakonos Group). The cost is $21 for members and $28 for non-members and includes 2 beverages courtesy of PHS. Please RSVP by January 7 at noon–it is important so that we can get an accurate head count in order to manage costs.
